Where we ship

We currently ship Australia-wide. 

Processing your order

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–3 business daysof placing your order.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with your Australia Post tracking details, so you can follow your Gobi goodies on their way to you.

Delivery times

Delivery times vary depending on where you live and are determined by Australia Post. Regional and remote areas may take a little longer.

Please keep in mind that delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by busy periods, public holidays or circumstances outside our control.

Shipping costs

Free Australia-wide shipping on orders over $150.

For orders under $150, shipping costs are flat rated $12

Tracking your order

Once your order has been dispatched, your tracking number will be emailed to you.

If your tracking hasn't updated for a few days, don't worry! Parcels can sometimes take a little while to move between Australia Post facilities.

If your parcel appears to be significantly delayed or hasn't arrived, get in touch and we'll help you look into it.

Incorrect delivery address

Please double-check your delivery details before placing your order.

If you've entered an incorrect address, contact us as soon as possible at withgobi@gmail.com. We'll do our best to help, but once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Damaged parcels

We carefully pack every Gobi order, but if your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us at withgobi@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage as soon as possible so we can help.
