CAN I RETURN MY GOBI ORDER IF I CHANGE MY MIND?

• Absolutely, if you have changed your mind, please contact us at withgobi@gmamil.com as soon as possible. Change of mind returns must be unused, in their original condition, and where possible in their original packaging.
• We accept change of mind returns within 30 days of receiving your order
• For change of mind returns, return postage is the responsibility of the customer. Please contact us before sending so we can provide you with return instructions.

DAMAGED PARCELS?

• We carefully pack every Gobi order, but if your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us at withgobi@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage as soon as possible so we can help.
